Rating: - lack of satisfactory results
I did not notice a change at all in how I felt after taking this product. it also is very grainy and did not taste well when put into water. It was very much like sand when used with water and hard to stomach when mixed with yogurt.

I tried this product and really did not notice much of a difference in my energy level. I will not be purchasing it again. However it did taste pretty good and I was able to drink it mixed only with water.
